The Vacation Rental Seasons

The maximum number of guests is limited to six (6) persons.

SPRING: (April 2 - May 20, 2010): 7 Night Minimum
$950/week

SUMMER: (May 21 - September 9, 2010): 7 Night Minimum
$1400/week

FALL: (September 10 – October 28, 2010): 7 Night Minimum
$950/week

WINTER: (October 29, 2010 -December31 2010): 7 Night Minimum
$650/week

Weekly rentals are from Friday to Friday:
Check-in: 3PM
Check-out: 10AM

Cleaning fee is $75, Security deposit is $200
No Smoking, No pets are permitted.
We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of
age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.

You may pay with: Visa, Mastercard,, American Express, Discover, Bank Transfer, or PayPal.
